I don’t get the name!
I ‘m not sure how you named this product! I am sure once I get use to it, I will be more comfortable. I haven’t gotten the nack of getting it wrapped around my neck for comfort, yet! I will have to keep practicing before my trip if we ever get to leave the US. However I bought this because I have problems with my neck caused by a guy hitting my car from behind. It helps to support my neck while I watch TV‼️ I’m sure once I get use to putting it on I will give it 5 stars. I have to leave the stickers on to know where to put it on my neck. Maybe add a few more inches on the length of the wrap‼️😉

Hi Vickie,
Thank you so much for your review. TRTL stands for 'Travel refreshed, travel light' which is at the core of all the products we create. We want to ensure that when you travel you do so comfortably and easily, so that you have more time for the things that matter.
I have included a few tips below that may help to get comfortable if you would like to try the Trtl Pillow out again, although we do always recommend experimenting at home a little before you travel:
Holding the pillow area closer to your neck before wrapping will provide more support. This can be helpful if you have a slightly longer neck, as this allows the scarf to be looser whilst still supporting your head and neck.
Try wrapping the Trtl Pillow with your ear and jaw tucked inside the pillow so that they rest against the middle of curved pillow section, rather than on the top edge of the support.
If you find that the angle of your neck is not quite perfect for you, you can also try experimenting with positioning the support further down towards the chin and front of your neck. This can help keep your head and neck in a more upright position.
If you find yourself a little warm, one tip we suggest is to pull the scarf up over the bottom half of your chin. This can increase the support and allows for a little more airflow between the scarf and your neck.
I have also included two of our YouTube videos which may help visualise the Trtl Pillow a little better: How To Use - http://bit.ly/2gYd47n How To Carry - http://bit.ly/howtocarrytrtl
